- Chemist4U runs a close second, staying under £700 for the full programme and remaining competitive across the lower doses.
- Farmeci offers the lowest 0.25mg starter price at £91, making it a good option for patients just beginning treatment, even though it becomes less competitive at 1.7mg and 2.4mg.
- For 0.5mg cheapest Wegovy, Chemist4U takes the crown at £109 for the lowest priced dose.
- At 1mg the lowest full price is back with Farmeci at £114, making them strongest through the early build up doses.

November Hall of Shame
Some Wegovy discounts look good on the first pen, but the second you try to buy the next dose, the real pricing shows itself. Here are the worst post discount jumps this month, another reason it pays to compare Wegovy prices before you reorder.
Worst offenders for post discount price jumps:
- Numan – As with Mounjaro, the sharpest jump in the November snapshot. The 0.25mg starter pen comes in around £85 with a discount, then jumps to about £179 once you’re paying the normal price, roughly a 110% increase on the same dose.
- Juniper – Another heavy mover. Their discounted 0.25mg pen sits near £85, but the full price version is around £149, which is roughly a 75% rise once the intro deal has gone.
- Boots Online Doctor – less extreme, but still a big step up. The first 0.25 mg pen is roughly £85 with a promo, then climbs to about £125 at full price, a jump of around 45–50%.
- Lloyds – their starter discount is already on the high side at about £99, but the standard 0.25mg price is £139, which still works out at roughly a 40% increase after that first pen.
