- Oushk leads on 50mg starter packs, posting the lowest 6 tablet price at £5.99 (about £1.00 per pill). The catch is that Oushk caps orders at 6 tablets, so this cheap sumatriptan price can’t be used for stocking up.
- Dr Fox is the standout for buying medium size packs, offering the cheapest 12 tablet pack at £15.50 (around £1.29 per pill). The downside is availability: they don’t currently list 18 or 24 tablet packs, so you can’t scale that value up.
- Simply Meds Online is the bulk winner this month. While their 6 tablet sumatriptan cost is higher, they post the lowest totals at 18 and 24 tablets, with the 24 pack coming in at £26.99 (roughly £1.12 per pill), which is the best per pill shown for 50mg in November.
- Ashcroft Pharmacy remains a reliable, competitively priced option across the bigger sizes, but it isn’t the cheapest at 12, 18, or 24 tablets this month, with Simply Meds (and e-pharmacy/E-Surgery on 24s) undercutting it at the top end.

Here are the lowest sumatriptan cost pharmacies for 100mg tablets this month. As with 50mg, we’re reviewing the core 6, 12, 18 and 24 tablet packs. The full list covers every available pack size, including discounts.

- Dr Fox leads the value conversation at smaller packs, with 6 tablets at £10.90 (£1.82 per pill) and the cheapest 12 tablet option at £17.80 (£1.48 per pill), but, again, no larger packs are available from them at the moment.
- Click Pharmacy is the closest rival for a 6 tablet pack, coming in at £10.99 (£1.83 per pill), making it a strong alternative if Dr Fox is unavailable.
- For bulk buying, Simply Meds Online is the clear winner in November, offering the cheapest 18 and 24 tablet totals and the lowest per pill cost. E-pharmacy and E-Surgery sit next best.
- As with 50mg, Ashcroft Pharmacy stays a dependable all pack sizes, sitting near the front across every all of them, but it’s narrowly beaten on unit value by Simply Meds at the top end.
But what about first order discounts?
A couple of pharmacies are offering first order discounts this month, mainly Oxford Online Pharmacy (10% off) and The Independent Pharmacy (15% off) on standard packs. The savings bring their own prices down, but even after discount they still don’t undercut the cheapest sumatriptan providers in our main tables (like Ashcroft, Oushk, Dr Fox, Click, or e-pharmacy/E-Surgery), so the overall rankings stay the same.
