Where can you buy the cheapest Orlistat in November 2025?
If you’re taking Orlistat 120mg, you’ll usually be on three capsules a day, which is one with each main meal. That means:
- 84 capsules is roughly 4 weeks
- 168 capsules is about 8 weeks
- 252 capsules will cover around 12 weeks
Most online pharmacies focus on the 84-capsule pack. Some stock 42-capsule ‘half packs’, and only a handful bother with the big 252 capsule boxes, which is where the best value usually lives.
